What happens when three seasoned minds
meet? A mission is born. When three entrepreneurs – Sai Nageswar Rao, Joe Meppurathu and S Sreejith met, Tyrus Technologies was conceived with the goal of creating solutions for a paperfree office. These three individuals recognized the pain felt by business day in and out in accessing their files from cluttered and dusty file racks and rooms, they identified the burning need for businesses to transform from the paper and file clutters to digital records and document management systems to save businesses valuable time.

Tyrus Technologies focuses on creating a “paperfreeoffice” through simple, proven technology solutions based on Enterprise Content Management and Document Management Solutions.  The Eze-file is a user friendly application with different levels of security to use across the organization. “Tyrus approach is to address the challenges in a paper based offices such as storing, retrieving, mishandling, loosing, accessing etc. We connect the customer pain points to the right solution instead of selling a product,” Says Sai Nageswar.

Joe Meppurathu adds, “We believe that transparency, speed and accuracy are three major components in the success of any organization and nation. Our exposure to the west and the business success made us to think why the Indian business should not have the luxury of the content management systems. We see a great opportunity for content/documents management systems in the developing countries both in govt. and private sector. Our innovative solutions will ease the challenges that paper based organizations faces today,”

The three young entrepreneurs feel that adopting an eco-friendly outlook is very important in today’s world, Sreejith says, “Go Green” is the need and trend of the hour. Green is the colour which is unavoidable for human habitation. If we look around we see less number of trees, forest, water resources that of fifty years ago. The world is addressing the issues such as global warming and earth conservation. Tyrus would like to contribute to the Go Green by preventing printing and extensive use of paper which eventually contributes to saving millions of trees in a year,”

Tyrus offers a wide range of solutions and services to organizations, “Firstly we offer consultation to the organizations on how to transform the existing traditional paper based business process to a digital format. Then we offer a blended multi feature in-house developed ‘Eze-File’ document management solutions. It is developed in .net platform to serve organizations using micro soft operating system. It can be customized in few days to suit the specific need of any firm no matter it is healthcare, education, manufacturing or government. And finally we also design and implement tailor made documents or content management solution to address the specific need of any organization,” explains Sai.

Tyrus team claims that they have radical ideas to prevent millions of pages printed yearly. Talking about their future plans, Joe say, “Tyrus is looking at creating market awareness in this domain and reaching more organizations to provide our valuable solutions. We have expansion plan to overseas such as US, UK and Middle East. We are confident on this niche market and being successful over the next 6 to 12 months,”
