Get 'Insight' about your emotional well-being with TalkItOver

TalkItOver, an organization of professional counsellors is conducting a 4-day experiential group process for personal growth and emotional well-being.

There are times when we all feel stuck
in a rut or struggle with issues we’d like release from. At such times, a growth group offers a unique and powerful opportunity for personal growth and change. Insight is an intensive 4-day group counselling program where a small group of people, in similar life stages or situations, come together to share, learn and grow. This group process is based on psychological frameworks of group processes, facilitated by trained group counsellors who will create a therapeutic environment that will help you find your own answers.
The session will be facilitated by Malavika Dhillon and Sarayu Chandrashekar at TalkItOver, both are practicing counsellors with an M. Sc in counselling psychology.  They have conducted group programs for adolescents and adults in various educational and organizational settings. Malavika says,” The group process is a cathartic experience which allows you to connect deeply with other group members, helping each other let go of emotional hurts or struggles. You will not only help yourself but also help others and receive help in return through the strong bonds that you form within the group,”

Sarayu adds, “You can experience healing and comfort by sharing in a warm and accepting environment and also get in touch with your inner self, becoming more self aware. You may relive and release painful emotions related to the past and discover you are not alone. It will also help you enhance your interpersonal and communication skills,”
