Relieve your stress at the new Ayurveda centre in Bangalore

Do you feel tired very soon? and often fall sick? Even after medical consultation do you feel that your health problems are not resolved? Maybe Ayurveda can help.

Ayurveda is a 5000 year old science
that focuses on integrating the balance of the body, mind and spirit. A lot of people are now opting for ayurvedic treatments as it yields better results. And to cater to this growing need Integrative Health Centre was inaugurated on Thursday by Ratan Tata in Bangalore. It is located at Institute of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine in Bangalore. Integrative Health Centre offers naturopathic medicine to solve the health problems.

Naturopathy is all about using natural methods and substances to support and stimulate inherited body’s self healing process. Primary goal of this health centre is to remove over all cause of illness and find out why the illness arose and provide solutions to your problems. They have different products and services for the public. They offer services like naturopathic medicines, Chiropractic and massage therapies like Thai massage and Pregnancy/prenatal massage which will help to improve blood circulation and relax muscles.

Integrative health centre will also provide specialized testing such as specialized urinalysis, live blood cell analysis, hair analysis, nutritional counseling, salivary counseling. Ratan Tata, chairman of Tata Group  stated that "We have to change the perception that traditional medicine is witch doctor's medicine,"  He also added that he was a firm believer in traditional medicine. "Ayurveda needs to be promoted or else there will be a crisis within the next 20 years in the field of health care. The western style of 'five star' and hi-tech hospitals would not be able to fulfil all the requirements and there must be more focus to provide best health care for the bottom of the pyramid," he said.

It is very happy to note that off late our people opening their eyes and accepting our great tredetional health care system which once ruled.
We should also be careful about the commercialisation of AYURVEDA like western medicines.
Thanks for all the efforts of INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA
