With an array of food items to offer from Mediterranean, Lebanese, Mexican and Indian, ‘The Lounge’ has something to suit every palate and meeting experience.

We also got to try some of the brewing techniques offered at The Lounge. Since Mixology is the latest trend, they offer something called the Coffeetini which is a blend of flavours with skill, creativity, keen insights and precise judgment to create a magical brew personalized to individual taste. Here are some of the techniques we got to learn that you can try at home: -

Siphon: A new rage in coffee making; also knows as the Vacuum Coffee method, where coffee is brewed using two chambers whereby vapor pressure and vacuum produce coffee which is clean, crisp, rich and smooth compared to other brews, creating an electric aromatic cup that boosts the senses.

Pour-Over: Prepared by coffee so fine - it drips into the cup. The Pour Over method creates a superbly clear, flavourful and light concoction for a truly mesmerizing experience.

French Press: Ideal for quick preparation at home, coarsely ground coffee beans do a drip through a coffee filter. The coffee is brewed by placing the coffee and water together, stirring and leaving to brew for a few minutes, then pressing the plunger to trap the coffee grounds at the bottom of the beaker. This leaves behind a fine coffee that drizzles into the cup creating a clear, flavourful and light concoction for a truly mesmerizing experience.
