Indane Gas booking lines open 24X7 in Bangalore
Bangalore Indane LPG consumers can book a refill via interactive Voice Interactive System anytime during the day
All prayers seem to be answered for Indane LPG consumers in Bangalore. Now there will be no worries of standing in long queues, holding on to the telephone lines for booking or running after the delivery boy for an LPG refill. Indian Oil Corporation (Indian Oil) has introduced an automated Voice Response system (IVRS) for booking LPG refills in the city.
All 58 Indane outlets will have this facility. Not only bookings but complaints are also registered 24x7 in the IVRS. Consumers can simply dial 8970024365 to avail the service. Registered consumers can type “REFILL” and send it to the IVRS .The system will respond via SMS with various details like booking number, refill readiness and confirmed refill delivery. The new users register themselves dialing the same number following instructions on the IVRS for registration and then booking.
A multi-functional regulator (MFR) has also been introduced by Indian Oil which has features for increased safety. It is an enhanced user friendly application which would replace the common domestic pressure regulator. It has different safety applications like complete excess flow shut off, child lock and leak detection mechanism.
