hamare desh ke minor's welfare ke liye bahut se kanun bane hai lekin isko thik dhang se implement nahi kiya gaya,
govt. ne kanun banaya hai ki 14 yrs ke niche ke bachho ko agar kisi shop pe kam karta hua paya gaya to sambandhit dukan ke against strong action liya jayega, minor's bachoo ko free educution aur food provide karaya jayega. lekin iska 10% bhi implementation karne me bhi govt. fail ho jati hai. kyo ki garib minor's ke ghar wale bachho ke educations se jaade unke paise kamane pe jor dete hai.
govt dwara garib bachho ko free education aur  free food ke liye padhane ko bola jata hai, par un garib bachho ko apne ghar ke aajivika chalne ke liye Rs 300 se Rs 500 kamane ke liye chote - chote mithai ke dukano,  cycle ki dukano aur anya jagho par bartan dhulte aur hathudi pitte dekha ja sakta hai. maine ab aise shops se koi bhi saman kharidna band kar diya hai.
jo food government school's me bachoo ke liye provide karti hai wo food bachoo ke pet me kam aur administrations walo ke gharo me jade paya ja sakta hai.
government ko chahiye garib bachho ke liye salary based siksha laye jisme, shishu se lekar class 2 tak ke bachoo ko Rs 200, pm. class 3 se lekar class 5 tak Rs 300, p.m. aur class 6 aur uske upar ke garib bachoo ko Rs 500 diya jaye. aisa karne pe bachoo ko padhai ke sath - sath paise bhi milenge aur garib bachoo ko paise ke liye shops per kam nahi karna padega.
I am sure govt ke is step se koi garib bachaa kabhi school me absent nahi hoga aur hamare desh ka education graph upar ke taraf badhta jayega.
