SNAP Fitness will now launch two more gyms in Bangalore with the Jayanagar Gym that opened on August 23rd and the Basavangudi Gym that will open on September 4th.
Memberships at SNAP Fitness start at Rs. 14400 a year and 1500 monthly with members given the leeway to opt for memberships in the formats that they choose. The add-ons include nutrition & diet counseling, personalized exercising prescriptions, and in depth assessments. Technology is another key differentiator that sets SNAP apart from its peers. Members get swipe cards that enable them to access any SNAP gym worldwide, online diet and nutrition counseling and an online library of workouts.
SNAP had earlier entered India in November 2008 when they opened their 1st gym in Indiranagar. True to their promise of expanding through the country, they now have another in Chennai and from today four in Bangalore.
SNAP worldwide is renowned for its affordable and convenient fitness solutions that provide their clients with 24/7 access, affordable membership pricing and top-quality exercise equipment, with no expensive frills attached.
Said Ms. Srileka Reddy, Director (Marketing), SNAP Fitness, “Since the launch of our first gym, we have been besieged with requests from fitness enthusiasts to start SNAP in other areas as well. This has only encouraged us in our endeavor to make gymming more convenient affordable and fast.”
After all the best things in life are at a Snap!
Snap Fitness began as an experiment based on the assumption that people go to a health club for one basic reason: to exercise.
Founder and CEO Peter Taunton owned and operated several "big box" health clubs, and realized that many of the costly amenities offered in his facilities such as swimming pools, racquetball courts and childcare sat idle most of the day. Knowing most people are on the go, constantly seeking balance between work and family, Peter designed a model that incorporated the most readily used health club amenities into a smaller, more efficient, passcard-secure facility. By doing this, he was able to deliver 24/7 access, affordable membership pricing and top-quality exercise equipment to neighborhoods across America.
