I think ISTA at LIDO is the finest sunday brunch I have had in a long time. I also think Citrus at LEELA is another fine place. If you decide to have a buffeet at 1230pm and consider it a brunch, then I feel BBQ Nation is fantastic.
 
I am going today for the first Sunday Brunch by MANCHESTER UNITED in KORAMANGALA... More than anything, I want to meet ROCKY and MAYUR of the "Highway on my Plate" fame.

The Olive Beach weekend brunch actually costs Rs 2250   taxes ( not 1750, as in your article ).
