Danseuse and yoga expert Rukmini Vijaykumar was at Booster Juice to share her fitness tips for the New Years Eve.
December 31st is an important day on most people’s calendars as it’s the time to put on your best clothes and go all out partying. And almost everybody wants to look their best on this day. Dancer and actress Rukmini Vijaykumar was at the Booster Juice outlet on M G Road to share her thoughts on fitness and on how to look the best this New Year. Rukmini Vijaykumar is a well known actress, Bharatnatyam dancer and a great yoga enthusiast. She is well known for her versatile dancing and is a disciple of Guru Narmada. Rukmini was the first Indian to graduate with a fine arts degree (Modern and Ballet) from the Boston Conservatory.
Rukmini is a certified Pilates instructor of the Power Pilates institute. She studied Human Anatomy and Exercise physiology at the Boston University and is pursuing a Fitness Instruction certification at UCLA.
