The Lalit Ashok is offering a special Christmas Brunch. "We have been planning for this special buffet for about a month and came up with an innovative idea. The spread will not only have the traditional Christmas dishes but exciting Indian food like Panipuri counter with 20 different pani flavoured to suit the guests' preference like vodka, fruity, ginger etc" said Chef Rishi of The Lalit. There is also a large array of starters, live barbeque counters, momos, and a selection of Indian continental and Chinese cuisine. Chef Rishi feels that seafood must not be left out. So don't be surprised to see a large variety of seafood on the spread as well.
There will also be programmes for kids like magic show, caricature and pottery.

Le meridian has also been dishing up some exotic Christmas specials. Executive Chef Vijay Bhaskaran says" Christmas is a very special time for all. So we have tried to live up to the occasion and make our Christmas brunch as special as our guests." The spread begins with a salad counter, where salads of all types and varieties will be on dispaly. The main course will have the traditional roast turkey with cranberry sauce teamed with Indian, continental and Chinese cuisine. There will be a separate barbeque counter to prepare specially what the guest request for. There is going to be Kinvah Wine both red and white along with unlimited soft drinks.

Executive Chef Vijay Malhotra has some sure surprises in store for the guests at ITC Windsor Sheraton. The Christmas brunch here begins with a grilled starter counter and ends with a special thought to manage the calories with egg less and sugar free desserts.
Apart from the usual Christmas delicacies there is also an Indian Chaat counter and pasta counter to dish up your favorites. The Roast turkey will be complimented by roast pork and fish. To add special Indian effect there will be a separate Biriyani counter serving different kinds of Biriyani.
Unlimited mulled wine and some alcoholic beverages will also available to up the festive mood.

The Chancery Pavilion has a real festive concept planned this year called the Champagne Brunch. The whole menu is designed by Executive Chef Sita Pathy, keeping in mind the spirit of Christmas. The lunch will feature a special soup called the 'Cream of Bethlehem' followed by three main courses of Chicken, lamb and fish, not to forget the roast turkey. Also available are lamb spring rolls and Mennyire fish in Puttensca sauce. The brunch includes a whole new variety of Salads and live counters for fish and turkey along with unlimited Champagne and Indian made foreign Liquors (IMFL).

If you are looking for some really cool traditional Christmas desserts Ista has it for you. Chef Subroto feels "Dessert is an important part of the Christmas feast, so we have paid special attention to it I'm sure our guests will love the array of desserts presented at Ista."
Some of the mouth watering desserts available are Christmas pudding followed by the Yule Log and Stolen Bread. The usual Christmas dishes will be complimented with Indian Narangi Paneer, Chinese fried bean curd, egg plant Thai red curry. There are also cool Indian tandoor dishes like the latpata aloo, shammi kabab and sushi. Now that’s called ‘having the world on your platter’!
