We have openings for UK and Australian inbound process, at the Customer Service Associate level, we would look at candidates who are - Graduates, with or without experience. With an excellent command over English and willing to work in shifts. 12th with one year of full time work experience. As of now it’s only international Minimum 19 years of age. B. E graduates most welcome for tech support process. Job Description An inbound CSA deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to a wide variety of services provided by the clients. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates need to be flexible with shifts as per a 24/7 working environment. Typing speed - minimum of 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy. Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers is a must. Fast learners with a passion for customer service/tech support.
