Key Account Manager Job Description : KAM: Individual contributor responsible for managing top tier strategic accounts and building/ developing a profitable relationship and working with channel partners on the account in order to grow the business and meet targets. * Manage top tier strategic accounts through entire sales process. Build and establish long-term customer relationships. Develop sales strategy both short term and long term. * Engage the client's top management executives and articulate the company's vision. * Responsible for Business Development in a green-field area. Prospect and identify new opportunities. * Work with the Channels organization to ensure that all technical and commercial issues are addressed. * Educate the dealers and vendors on the product and its strategy for high penetration Desired Skills : Candidate should be Engineer and MBA from reputed school with at least 10years of work experience in IT field. Should have handled large accounts and * Has in-depth understanding of business and market conditions that affect focused accounts. * High degree of client management skills & ability to articulate company's vision to client's top management. * Has good negotiation skills and communication skills. Should be able to work under limited supervision of the Manager, develops & drives strategy to maximise business. Location: Bangalore
