Co-founded and currently run Salorix, a specialty Research, Analytics and Advisory Company, which has successfully helped clients such as Blueshield, Dell, AARP and online publishers grow their topline and reduce costs.
Prior to that Santanu headed AOL’s analytics center. As its founding head, grew the center to a 200+ people entity delivering marketing/sales advisory, analytics and consulting services and $40MM+ value. In 2000-03, Santanu was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney where he advised firms such as J&J, BMW, Gillette, Pepsi, State Street Bank, delivering $100 MM+ value.
Santanu is an alumnus of MIT’s Sloan School, has a Ph.D. in Physics from NASA/UMD and a B. Tech. from IIT Bombay. He has authored over 30 peer reviewed papers and contributed to studies that have been reported in Wall Street Journal, CNN, CNBC etc.
Santanu was on the board of global IIT alumni association as an executive member (2003-05) and led the Marketing effort for the 2005 Pan- IIT Global conference in Washington DC. He is a founding member of Association for India's Development (AID).
